E & Q Consulting Limited is a Nova Scotia Company, founded in 1992 by W. James Frazee. The company offers a full range of chemical and environmental services to industry and the public sector.
    Mr. Frazee has a Masters Degree in Chemistry from Acadia University. He has worked in industry, spending 13 years with Lantic Sugar in Saint John, N.B., as well as the academic world, teaching an Environmental Chemistry course at Saint Mary's University.
   In 1995 he became approved as a Marine Chemist, in accordance with Canadian Coast Guard regulations.  As well, he has kept abreast on Canada's and Nova Scotia's Environmental and Health Regulations.
   E & Q Consulting Limited has forged links with other professionals, so as to be able to provide a full range of services to it's customers.
